Once 你 have selected a 程序, 你 will need to begin 的 应用程序 process. If 你 have not chosen a 程序, 你 will still need to start an 应用程序 for 的 程序 that 你 are most inclined to choose. 应用程序的第一部分 是 在线咨询会议. 这次咨询会议是 强制性的 and 的 same for all study abroad 程序s.

单击 “入门” 按钮，选择“I have a 万仕达 username and password" and enter 你r 万仕达 login information. Follow 的 steps to create an account. After 你 create 你r account, 你 will be prompted to complete 的 建议会话. 你 must read thoroughly and electronically sign all 的 建议会话 materials, and complete 的 assessment in order to continue with 的 应用程序 process.

Once 你 complete 的 在线咨询会议, 你 will need to attend an in-person 建议会话. Please, contact 的 Office of 出国留学 and International Exchange for more information concerning advising.
After 你 attend an in-person 建议会话, 的 Office of 出国留学 and International Exchange will activate 你r 程序 specific 应用程序. 你必须完成 所有 的 pre-decision 截止日期前的材料. During this phase, 的 Office of 出国留学 and International Exchange will confirm that 你 are eligible to study abroad. If 你 are eligible, we will accept 你 to 的 程序 and notify 你 to return 到你的网上申请. Then, 你 will need to complete all 的 政策例会后 materials prior to 的 pre-departure 出国留学 Orientation, which takes place 在学习期间. 你 will know if 你 have completed all 你r materials if all 的 boxes are checked off as this example shows.

CCSA和Exchange应用程序

Study abroad 程序s require a non-refundable 应用程序 fee at 的 time of 应用程序. Once 你r 应用程序 fee is received, 的 程序 coordinator will use it to make 为您安排旅行. Additionally, many 程序s are offered on a first-come, first-served basis and 你r non-refundable 应用程序 fee secures 你r spot in 的 程序. If 你 are not certain that 你 will be able to attend, make an 任命 with 的 study-abroad coordinator or 的 Office of 出国留学 and International Exchange to discuss any barriers to 你r participation. Also, make sure to read our cancellation 政策.
Students participating in 程序s to countries w在这里 a visa is required should plan to pay all costs and fees associated with applying for 的 visa. 你可以找到信息 regarding visas and o的r facts about countries that interest 你 在这里. The Office of 出国留学 and International Exchange is 不负责 申请签证. 你 must be especially vigilant in keeping up with deadlines in order to have 你r visa in time for travel. 你 should plan to have a passport at least three months prior to departure. Please be aware that it is necessary to have a passport in hand in order to apply 申请签证. 你 may have complications or incur 额外的 costs if 你 apply incorrectly. If 你 do not have 你r passport and visa before 的 departure date, 你 will not be able to board 的 flight and may have to forfeit participation in 的 study abroad 计划不退还费用. Non-US citizens may require a visa for any 365bet study abroad 程序 and must be aware of 的ir individual travel document needs.
